No. Everyone is welcome to book and discuss their conditions directly, without the need for referral. We also accept GP Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) or Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referrals, along with Workcover and Veterans' Affairs cases.
Yes! Chiropractic is an AHPRA-regulated profession, and is often covered as 'extras' on your insurance policy. As insurance providers and health funds are often becoming more flexible with coverage, be sure to check your policy with your provider.
The first visit is important to make sure you are in the right place, and that we can help. Depending on what may be going on, it is best to allow 30-60 minutes for the appointment so that we may have time to fill the appropriate paperwork, listen and discuss your situation and health goals, and safely evaluate your condition and treatment options so we can personalise your care.
We are open to most options for payment, including Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Bank Transfer (Osko/PayID) and Cryptocurrencies (exclusive of transfer fees and with an acceptable transfer timeframe).
No. During the initial consultation and assessment, your chiropractor will determine whether it is necessary for a X-Ray referral and organise one for you. These are often available through bulk-billing, and are regularly available to report on within the day of being taken. However, if you do have previous scans and reports available, you are welcome to bring them as these will often help establish a timeline for chronic and longer-standing conditions.
You are already halfway there! Just give us a call on 0434 34 77 41, so we can listen to what is going on, how we may be able to help, and organise the next best appointment for you.
Chiropractic care is renown for assessing and determining approaches for a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal conditions, including chronic disease, sports injuries, health check-ups and pregnancy management. The best way to determine whether we can help is to contact us on 0434 34 77 41 - this allows us to speak with you regarding your condition and answer any questions you may have.
The adjustment is one of the most important tools chiropractors have available to help. This is often done by hand, or modified with adjusting tools to provide a safe, gentle change to areas which may help improve your condition.
Depending on the type of adjustment made, you may at times hear an audible click. This is often not painful and often described as similar to the sensation of cracking your knuckles.
Simply, where we can help, your care plan will be customised to treatment appropriate for you so that it can remain gentle, safe and effective.
